Pricing Tiers

We have three packages available for our vacate cleaning services. Whether you are moving out of your rental or getting your property ready to go on the market. We have a cleaning package and additional extras that will make the cleaning our concern not yours!

Gold Package

Do you want to tick all the boxes on the Real Estate’s final inspection or make sure you property is looking its best when the ‘For Sale’ sign goes up? Our Gold vacate clean package will ensure all visible and hard to get to areas are covered. Alleviate the stress of passing your last inspection or having your home photo ready and let us do the hard work.

The Gold Vacate Clean Includes:

  • Cornice cobweb removal
  • Skirting boards and door frames dusted
  • Window tracks and sliding door tracks removed of dust
  • All blinds thoroughly dusted
  • Fixed shelves, window sills and light switches cleaned
  • Built in robes and all cupboards cleaned and sanitised
  • Mirrors polished
  • Internal glass doors cleaned
  • Bath, showers, basins, sinks and fittings cleaned and sanitised
  • Toilets, cisterns and basins cleaned and sanitised
  • Laundry sink and cupboards cleaned
  • Kitchen cupboards, shelves and bench tops cleaned and sanitised
  • Exterior oven and stovetop cleaned and polished
  • Range hood and filters cleaned
  • Walls around light switches and door handle surrounds cleaned and sanitised
  • All carpeted areas vacuumed
  • All hard floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Extractor fan covers cleaned
  • Skirting boards and ceiling fans damp wiped
  • All light fittings washed to remove insects and dust
  • Air conditioning vents cleaned
  • Front entry and garage swept and de-cobwebbed

Silver Package

Is the property in average condition and you’ve already done the hard work of moving out but it still needs a big clean? Then our Silver package is for you! 

Our Silver vacate cleaning package is a more thorough clean which is perfect for an end of lease or preparation for sale. This clean goes beyond a basic clean and ensures the property is ready for handover to the next occupant. 

The Silver Vacate Clean Includes:

  • Cornice cobweb removal
  • Skirting boards and door frames dusted
  • Window tracks and sliding door tracks removed of dust
  • Fans, light fittings and blinds dusted
  • Fixed shelves, window sills and light switches cleaned
  • Built in robes and all cupboards cleaned and sanitised

Bronze Package

Are all the boxes packed and you’re ready to go? But there’s just one last clean that needs doing? Then let us handle it.

The Bronze vacate clean is a basic clean for a property which is already in good condition. This option best suits a property that has recently been vacated or a home that is empty and getting ready to go on the market. 

The Bronze Vacate Clean Includes:

  • Cornice cobweb removal
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Vacuuming and mopping all hard floors
  • Dusting all window sills, ledges and skirting boards
  • External surfaces of oven and stove-top cleaned
  • All kitchen cupboards wiped
  • Stainless steel kitchen sink, bench tops and splash-backs cleaned
  • Shelving and drawers in built in robes and linen closets dusted
  • General dusting done to ceiling heights in all rooms
  • Toilet, basins, mirrors and fittings etc cleaned and sanitised
  • Clean shower base, walls and fittings
  • Light fittings and Venetian blinds dusted
  • Spot clean around door handles and light switches

Pricing

Our Package pricing is based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Below offers an estimate based on standard property layout and standard room’s size. Each package includes the cleaning of 1 kitchen area, 1 dining area, 1 living area and hallways.
  • Extra bedrooms, study’s, theatre rooms, living areas, bathrooms or other rooms outside of the standard listed above will incur additional cost.
  • Please include additional rooms in your request for quotation
